This first action isn’t meant to change the world. It is, by design a small, relatively easy win that boosts motivation in the audience and creates distance from past failures. The goal is to create a Fresh Start Effect which makes a person more likely to keep going. From there we layer messaging strategies to reinforce long-term behavioral change and norm shifting.
